Job Summary:

  • Exhibition Planning & Coordination

    : Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Vendor & Partner Management

    : Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to manage the manpower for the exhibition and make sure that a timely support is provided by the vendors to various stakeholders.
  • Exhibition Marketing

    : Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement

    : Facilitate meetings with key clients and potential customers, demonstrating the companys expertise in secure logistics, armored transportation, and risk management services.
  • Logistics and Security Coordination

    : Ensure that all transportation and display materials comply with security regulations, including the safe handling and transport of sensitive equipment and documentation.

Qualities

  • Should be a good team player and must excel in stakeholder management.
  • Should be strong in data management and coordination skills.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with managers as well as external parties like consultants, vendors.
