State Head Operations

1. Secure Operations Management

• Supervise the movement and handling of high-value consignments (e.g., Jewellry, gold, precious cargo) across the state.
• Ensure 100% adherence to security protocols, SOPs, and client SLAs.
• Oversee branch operations, vaulting, and route planning.

1. Risk & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, industry regulations, and internal audit standards.
• Implement and monitor physical and operational security measures at branches and during transit.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, security drills, and audits.

1. Financial & Business Management

• Manage the states P&L ensure cost controls and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and client relationship management.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and accurate MIS/reporting.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead a team of branch managers, operations executives, custodians, and field staff.
• Ensure regular training on security, compliance, and process improvement.
• Maintain high morale and ensure strict discipline and integrity across teams.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the key liaison for state-level clients including banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, issue resolution, and SLA delivery.

1. Vendor & Fleet Management

• Oversee outsourced security services, vehicle maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure fleet readiness, GPS tracking, route risk assessments, and compliance with armoring standards.

1. Strategic Expansion & Efficiency

• Identify opportunities for branch expansion or consolidation.
• Improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and lean process initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Education

  : Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce or business); MBA or certification in logistics/supply chain preferred.

• Experience

  : 1015 years in logistics or security services, with minimum 35 years in a leadership role in secure logistics or cash management.
