Job Description

Key KRA of Security Executives at Key Branch Location

Ensuring every in and out consignment is being counted and recorded in a register.
Ensuring frisking is being conducted by Security Guard for every person leaving Operations area.
Review of Branch infrastructure from Security point of view and recommendation, further doing follow up for necessary upgradation/changes.
Ensuring all security equipment at Branch are in the working condition.
Ensuring vehicle security equipment are in working condition.
Ensuring only authorised crew members are handling consignment at office and enroute.
Observing and escalating violation of set operation process.
Background verification by visiting at local address of staff / driver / security once in a six-month time.
Doing surprise check on route and office.
Doing interbranch stock audit.
Owning Security team cost of the Branch to ensure optimum utilization and reduction in OT.
Security & Risk training at Branch
Maintaining Good relations with local Cops and security agencies.
Overall creating a sense of risk and security
