Location:

Karnal ( CBG Plant )

Preferred Candidate:

Armed forces or Para -Military Forces, retired from the rank of Subedar Major, Captain.

Position Summary:

The Safety and Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the organization. The role requires strong leadership and experience in security operations, preferably gained through military service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be from
Armed forces or Para -Military Forces,
retired from the
rank of Subedar Major, Captain.
Medically fit and capable of performing all assigned duties.
Clean service record with strong disciplinary background.
Preference to candidates residing in or near
Karnal.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall security of premises, personnel, and assets.
Implement and monitor security protocols and access control.
Supervise and train security guards and staff.
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
Handle emergency situations, incidents, and investigations.
Maintain coordination with local police and authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, fire safety norms, and company policies.
Maintain security records, reports, and attendance logs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and command abilities.
High level of discipline, integrity, and alertness.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations calmly.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position
May require shift duties, including nights and weekends
