Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Safety & Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and disciplined environment for all students, staff, and visitors within the school campus. The role includes monitoring premises, implementing safety protocols, coordinating emergency response systems, and ensuring compliance with legal and institutional safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals access the campus. Supervise and train security guards and support staff on daily security operations. Conduct regular patrolling of school premises, including classrooms, corridors, grounds, parking areas, and restricted zones. Develop, implement, and update safety and security policies as per school guidelines and statutory norms. Ensure compliance with fire safety, alarm systems, and emergency evacuation procedures.
