Key responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage the principal's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and handle general administrative tasks.
• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating interior design projects, tracking project timelines, and facilitating communication between the designer, clients, staff, and contractors.
• Financial Management: Help manage design budgets and assist with financial record-keeping.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communication, screen calls, and manage correspondence.
• Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and assist in preparing agendas for board meetings and conferences.
• Confidentiality: Handle and maintain sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role, with a minimum of 2 years often preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office or Google Workspace are essential. Experience with basic design software is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette are crucial for dealing with clients and staff.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Professionalism: A well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality are expected.
• Industry Interest: A demonstrated interest in interior design, fashion, or art is beneficial.

Pay: ₹10,893.69 - ₹25,000.00 per month
