The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, compliance, and reporting. 1. Maintain Books of Accounts in Tally and/or SAP 2. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other matters related to accounts, to compute and pay statutory dues. 3. Finalization of accounts and consolidation of accounts along with Accounts Manager/ CFO. We prefer Inter-CA or Cost Accountant with minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing company at a Senior Level. Desired profile of the candidate: Qualification : B.Com or Higher Minimum 30 years of age, and Max. 50 years of age Candidate should be based out of Mumbai, and able to travel M - S to Nariman Point Minimum Work Experience: 5 Years Min. Oversee Team to maintain Books of Accounts in Tally and/or SAP 5. Manage Banking operations including raising Term Loan / CC, submission of CMA and stock and bank statements 6. Manage ROC compliances as well in coordination with company consultants 7. Manage direct and indirect tax planning and compliances including representing the company with various tax authorities 8. Contribute to commercial / legal agreements to ensure financial controls are well covered. 9. Liason with statutory and internal auditors on audit matters and ensure robust accounting systems and processes are put in place.
