Job Description

Assist Senior Sales Team with quotations, costing and customer correspondence.
Managing Customer Relationship (CRM) Software & coordinating between marketing, sales & senior management in Mumbai Office and factories.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executives, including managing their schedules, appointments, calls and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
Provide ad hoc support to staff members and departments Position is based at Nariman Point: M-S: 10 am to 6 pm

Desired profile of the candidate

Qualification

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Proven success in office and preferably, sales coordination
Fluency in English is a must & Marathi is preferred
Strong organisational skills
Basic Excel Skills, and proficiency in computer software like

MS Office & Email Correspondence

Excellent written and verbal communication
Adaptability and flexibility
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Relevant work experience in an office setting

Minimum Qualification is Graduate in any Discipline

Minimum 3 Years Experience in Office Administration or Sales Coordination
