Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring high-value partnerships with Technology Service Providers. Your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and closing large, complex deals that contribute significantly to the company's revenue targets. Additionally, you will lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and partner launch. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure seamless onboarding and technical integration for new partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring high-value partnerships with Technology Service Providers - Identify, qualify, and close large, complex deals that significantly contribute to revenue targets and market share - Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and pitch through negotiation, contract signing, and partner launch - Work closely with Product, Technology, Legal, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and technical integration for new partners - Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on the Technology Service Provider segment - Set clear performance goals, manage sales quotas, and conduct regular performance reviews - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high achievement within the sales team - Act as the primary point of contact for strategic Technology Service Provider partners, cultivating C-level and executive relationships - Collaborate with Partner Success/Management teams to ensure partner satisfaction, drive joint go-to-market strategies, and maximize partnership value - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market intelligence - Use market data and partner feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and ensure competitive offering - Ensure rigorous use and maintenance of the CRM system for pipeline management, activity tracking, and accurate forecasting - Manage departmental budget and resource allocation to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness - Ensure all sales practices and partner contracts adhere to legal, compliance, and risk regulations Qualification Required: - 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the technology or financial services sector, with a focus on channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development - 5+ years of leadership experience managing a high-performing sales team with a track record of exceeding targets - Proven success selling to or managing relationships with Technology Service Providers, ISVs, SaaS platforms, or large Systems Integrators - Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build complex business models and articulate ROI for partners - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events Additional Company Details: The company values a natural leader with a high-performance culture, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong relationship-building skills internally and externally.
