As a seasoned Senior Sales Leader at ARAs Client, a global leader in digital, engineering, and technology-enabled services, your role will involve deep expertise in Sales Pursuit Management, GTM strategy, and deal origination. You will focus on shaping, positioning, and closing high-value opportunities across Engineering Services, Engineering Digitization, and Manufacturing domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Originating, shaping, and closing opportunities across multiple service lines (single or multi-service deals). - Leading client engagement from qualification to deal close, ensuring profitable growth. - Driving early-stage positioning with client stakeholders and partnering with Client Account Leads (CALs) to develop and execute origination strategies. - Building trusted executive-level relationships and demonstrating thought leadership through POVs, industry insights, and solution positioning. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and differentiated solutions. - Leading, coaching, and motivating sales and technical teams to achieve quotas and expand footprint in key accounts. - Monitoring pipeline health and ensuring accurate forecasting of sales opportunities. You should have experience in one or more of the following domain specializations: 1. **Engineering Services (Product Design & Development)** - GTM and Sales experience in Engineering Services for Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial domains. - Experience in Product Design, Analysis, Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Aftermarket Services. - Track record of closing large, multi-year engineering development engagements with OEMs. 2. **Engineering Digitization & Technology** - Sales expertise in PLM, ALM, MBSE, Generative Design, DFX, IoT, ML, Telematics, Data Analytics. - Experience in solution selling across Engineering Digitization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. - Ability to lead digital transformation conversations and position ARAs Client as a thought leader in engineering digitization. 3. **Manufacturing (Process & Discrete Industries)** - GTM and Sales experience across Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, High-Tech, and Industrial Manufacturing. - Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC), Quality Management, Plant Logistics, Operational Digital Twin, Advanced Production Analytics, Control Towers. - Proven experience in implementing manufacturing technologies to deliver measurable business impact. **Must-Have Qualifications:** - Minimum 18 years of experience in B2B Sales, Pursuit Management, and Deal Origination. - Strong track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals in Engineering/Manufacturing domains. - Expertise in GTM strategy, pursuit management, and sales process discipline. - Global experience in managing complex client relationships and multi-year sales cycles. - Bachelors degree (15 years full-time education required). **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** - MBA or advanced degree in Business/Engineering. - Exposure to emerging technologies in digital engineering and manufacturing. - Experience in building new sales teams/business units from the ground up.
