Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily logistics activities including inbound and outbound transportation, material handling, and dispatch operations. Ensure proper documentation of dispatches, gate passes, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and weighbridge records. Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and production departments for smooth operations. Monitor vehicle placement, loading/unloading, and turnaround time to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with SAP entries, stock reconciliations, and system-based reporting. Track freight costs and assist in controlling transportation expenses. Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements related to logistics and transportation. Handle transport-related issues such as shortages, damages, or delays, and escalate as needed. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to logistics and share with management. Supervise and guide logistics staff and contract workers for effective performance. Liaise with external stakeholders such as transporters, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of logistics operations in a manufacturing/plant setup (preferably cement industry). Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good understanding of supply chain processes, transport management, and warehouse operations. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of statutory compliances related to logistics and transportation. As an Enterprise Technology Architect within the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Manufacturing domain, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized functional process knowledge and high-level technical expertise to analyze, define, design, and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for applications in the manufacturing operations space. Collaborating with various teams and partners, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure solutions for CG&S clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing manufacturing operations solutions for CG&S clients, focusing on functional processes during client pursuits and projects. - Leading and engaging in sales pursuits and presales activities to secure new projects, involving discussions and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. - Collaborating with ecosystem partners to develop solutions for client projects and pursuits, including proof of concepts related to their latest offerings. - Driving impact assessment, due diligence, and solution blueprint activities, as well as assisting in estimating client work requests. - Leading the design and delivery of large transformation programs related to manufacturing operations, working closely with client leaders, ecosystem partners, and internal teams. - Serving as the liaison between business process and technical subject matter experts. - Taking an active role in industry-related thought leadership activities such as patents, whitepapers, proof of concepts, presentations, and capability demonstrations. Your professional and technical skills should include: - Strong knowledge of batch manufacturing, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food & Beverage industry, encompassing areas like manufacturing strategy, regulatory compliance, KPIs, industry standards, quality processes, track & trace, packaging, in-plant logistics, and sustainability. - Experience in driving industrial process improvement initiatives within an industrial organization or as a consultant. - Excellent thought leadership, articulation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through compelling storytelling. - Knowledge of industrial automation technologies such as equipment connectivity, SCADA, HMI, Historian, MES, MOM, and QMS. - Understanding of PLM-ERP-MES connectivity and intelligent warehousing technologies like ASRS, AGVs, and AMRs. Job Summary: We are looking for a Vehicle and Logistic Flow Simulation Specialist with expertise in in-plant logistics, vehicle flow, and discrete event flow simulation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Siemens Plant Simulation software, and the ability to optimize logistics processes through simulation models. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project planning and deliverables, defining and applying action plans to meet targets. Create and update block models of vehicle flows , process-specific simulations , and logistics flow simulations based on input data from EE VPE teams and Stellantis standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation , including presentations, simulation models, spreadsheets, and video files. Handover results, models, and simulations to the EE simulation team. Summarize and report activities to EE VPE leads. Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and plant staff to ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of in-plant logistics and vehicle flow . Understanding of vehicle shop production processes, maintenance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Expertise in process and discrete event flow simulation , including dynamic simulations with random failures . Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Software Skills: Siemens Plant Simulation (Mandatory) with Coding Knowledge. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). AutoCAD for layout and process planning. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field. Experience: 2-6 years in Vehicle and Logistic Flow Simulation .
