Role Description

Vice President of Game Platform Operations

Responsible for strategy development, operational management, and data-driven decision-making to drive platform growth, player engagement, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute game operation strategies, including events, promotions, and VIP activities to boost retention and monetization.
  • Analyze core metrics (DAU, MAU, ARPU, LTV) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Manage agency and channel partnerships: negotiate contracts, develop localized strategies, coordinate promotional events, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee social media and traffic operations: create content, manage KOL collaborations, run campaigns, optimize user acquisition, and strengthen community engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, conduct competitor analysis, and propose platform improvements.
  • Ensure smooth project execution, budget management, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong data analysis, marketing strategy, channel development, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in multi-platform promotions, content creation, and social media management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and crisis management abilities.
  • Experience in platform operations, publishing, and compliance preferred.
