Vice President of Account Management (Influencer Marketing)

As the VP – Account Management, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the Account Management team, managing high-value brand relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery, and driving revenue growth through upsells and client success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep expertise in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the senior point of contact for top-tier clients and ensure exceptional relationship management.
• Anticipate client needs, provide proactive solutions, and resolve escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive brand growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and scale the account management team.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and career growth paths.
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and client-centricity.

3. Strategic Execution:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Campaign Management, Planning, Pricing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Drive innovation in influencer strategies to exceed client expectations.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and present actionable insights to clients.

4. Revenue Growth & Retention:

• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
• Partner with the revenue team to forecast and meet quarterly and annual account targets.
• Own revenue responsibility for managed brands and contribute to overall business growth.

5. Process Excellence:

• Develop and optimize SOPs for account management workflows.
• Ensure tools and reporting systems are efficiently used for tracking performance and client communication.
• Maintain high standards of execution quality and communication across all accounts.
