About the Role

AstroSageAI, Indias #1 astrology portal and app with 70M+ downloads, is seeking a Vice President - Digital Reports Sales to lead and scale our digital astrology reports segment. This includes Brihat Kundli Reports, Love Reports, Career Reports, Marriage Reports, Financial & Health Forecasts, Child Reports and other personalized digital astrology insights.

We are expanding our reach by transforming our detailed, AI-powered reports into a high-growth revenue stream. The VP will take full ownership of sales strategy, marketing, team building, and P&L management, positioning AstroSageAI as the go-to platform for accurate, personalized astrology reports.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with proven expertise in sales, marketing, digital product sales, and team building, who is passionate about growing a high-impact product suite and driving high revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for digital reports (e.g., Brihat Kundli, Love, Career, Marriage, Child, Financial Reports).
  • Take full P&L ownership of the digital reports segment, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Identify and implement innovative sales tactics and pricing models to boost conversion rates and lifetime customer value (LTV).

Team Leadership & Building

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team dedicated to digital reports, including sales reps, customer success, and operations.
  • Foster a sales-driven, customer-first culture that values accuracy, transparency, and personalized service.

Marketing & Branding

  • Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for digital astrology reports.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns (email, digital ads, social media, and PR) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and customer trust, positioning AstroSageAI as the leading provider of personalized astrology reports.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Enhance the customer experience throughout the sales journey (from inquiry to post-purchase).
  • Drive customer retention and repeat purchases, ensuring high customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Work with customer support teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for all customers.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer retention, and report sales volume.
  • Use data to optimize the sales process, fine-tune pricing strategies, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Report directly to the leadership team with regular updates on KPIs, sales trends, and future forecasts.
