ABOUT THE ROLE AstroSageAI, Indias #1 astrology portal and app with 70M+ downloads and a legacy of trust, is seeking a visionary Vice President - Product Management to lead and scale our E-Commerce & Astro Remedies segment. This vertical includes Gemstones, Yantras, Malas, Vastu solutions, and other spiritual/lifestyle products. We have already established ourselves as the largest digital astrology ecosystem, and now we are expanding into commerce with the same ambition. The VP will take complete ownership of product strategy, marketing, branding, sales, team building, and P&L to transform AstroSageAIs commerce vertical into Indias most trusted destination for authentic spiritual and astro products. This role is for a proven leader with expertise in product management, e-commerce growth, digital product sales, and brand promotion who is ready to create massive impact in a fast-scaling environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Growth Define and execute a commerce growth roadmap (Gemstones, Yantras, Malas, Pooja Kits, Vastu products). Own P&L for the commerce business with clear revenue and margin targets. Marketing, Branding & Promotion Build a strong brand identity for AstroSageAI remedies & spiritual products. Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, social media, offline). Drive brand awareness & positioning as India's most trusted e-commerce platform. Collaborate with PR /media agencies for brand promotion and partnerships. Optimize digital channels (SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social ads, email/CRM). Team Leadership & Organization Building Build, mentor, and lead a team across Product Marketing & Sales, E-commerce Ops, and Design. Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and customer-first culture. Customer Experience & Technology Deliver a world-class e-commerce shopping journey (app + website). Enhance product discovery, recommendations, and personalization. Improve post-purchase engagement: logistics, fulfilment, customer care. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Develop vendor/supplier ecosystem for certified gemstones, authentic yantras, and energized products. Build strategic partnerships with influencers, spiritual leaders, and online marketplaces. Analytics & Insights Track marketing ROI, product funnel metrics, customer LTV & retention. Use insights to refine campaigns, optimize conversion, and grow repeat purchases.
