Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Strategy & Network Expansion

Develop and execute franchising strategy for optical / eyewear retail
Drive pan-India franchise expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets
Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners for optical retail stores
Define territory planning, catchment analysis, and location strategy
Lead store rollout planning including NSO and relocations

Franchise Operations & Store Excellence

Ensure standardization of store operations across optical franchise outlets
Implement SOPs related to optical retail, eye testing, store layout, and service delivery
Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory, and operational guidelines
Monitor store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATB, footfall, and productivity
Drive operational excellence and process improvements at store level

Franchisee Relationship & Engagement

Build long-term partnerships with optical franchisees
Act as the escalation point for franchise operations and performance issues
Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with franchise partners
Drive franchisee engagement, retention, and satisfaction

Financial Performance & Profitability

Own franchise business P&L and drive revenue growth
Track store-level profitability, margins, and cost controls
Ensure adherence to commercial terms, franchise agreements, and revenue share models
Support franchisees in achieving break-even and sustained profitability
