Role & responsibilities Lead and manage estimation and tendering processes for infrastructure projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis in line with industry norms and applicable SORs. Review and analyse tender documents and contractual clauses. Assist in bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and finalization. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and cost-effective project delivery. Collaborate with engineering, planning, and procurement teams to align estimations and budgets. Support dispute resolution and claims management when required. Maintain updated knowledge of CPWD/IRC/MoR standards, SORs, and latest contract practices. Preferred candidate profile Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience, OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 18 years of experience, Experience should include executing infrastructure projects like railways, highways, bridges, and buildings , with significant exposure to estimation and contract management . At least 5 years experience in Sr. Scale or JAG grade (or equivalent and above) in the Civil Engineering Department of: Indian Railways, RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, Any Metro Rail Corporation, or Any JV/SPV with Ministry of Railways. Experience must include estimates and tendering work in part or whole.

Role & responsibilities Act as the overall in-charge of infrastructure project(s) with end-to-end responsibility. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Railway or Highway consultancy projects. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordination among various stakeholders. Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and reports. Interface with clients, contractors, and government bodies for project updates and decisions. Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines. Report to senior management on project milestones and risk management. Preferred candidate profile Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Out of the total, at least: 5 years in Railway or Highway Projects , and Either 3 years as Team Leader (In-charge) or 5 years as Deputy Team Leader in consultancy projects. Served in Indian Railways/ RITES/ IRCON/ RVNL/ MRVC/ DFCCIL/ Konkan Railway/ Metro Rail Corporations or relevant JV/SPVs with MoR. Minimum: 3 years experience in SAG or equivalent grade , OR 5 years experience in JAG/SG in Civil Engineering Department or equivalent grade. Additional Notes: Candidates with combined experience across roles or organizations as per criteria are also eligible.
