Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and leads. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales, qualify leads, handle customer inquiries, and provide information about our products/services. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a resilient and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database or lead list.
  • Effectively introduce and explain our products/services to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call targets and sales quotas.

Inbound Calls (if applicable):

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and address their queries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications over the phone.

Customer Relationship & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call notes and information.
  • Follow up on initial calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Accurately record all call details and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and outcomes.
  • Relay customer feedback and potential service improvements to the relevant teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:

    Any graduate or undergraduate
  • Experience:

    Prior experience of as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar outbound call role is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and data entry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

    in [e.g., English and/or local language].
  • Clear and persuasive phone voice with a neutral accent.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.
