With a focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive/Operations Associate to join our team in Gurugram.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Vendor Management:

  • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including evaluation, selection, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Vendor Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Oversee vendor onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and agreements are completed.
  • Manage smooth vendor offboarding while ensuring adherence to company policies and record management.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate vendor records, agreements, and performance reports in centralized systems.
  • Generate periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Track and analyze vendor costs, performance metrics, and compliance indicators.

Market Research:

  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to identify potential new vendors, cost trends, and industry best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the vendor ecosystem and drive business efficiency.

Operational Support:

  • Assist internal teams with vendor coordination and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards across vendor-related processes.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Operations/Supply Chain (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, procurement, or related functions.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and data management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under timelines, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.
