Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager, with frequent travel required across Delhi and Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, vendors, and partners—particularly within the travel and hospitality sector. The role involves on-ground coordination with hotels, airlines, and travel vendors to collect invoices and maintain accurate data flow into the FinKraft system. The Relationship Manager will also ensure high levels of client satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi and Mumbai
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams efficiently
  • Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or financial operations preferred
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and vendor relationships across travel and hospitality segments.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other partners for invoice collection and verification.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely response and service delivery.
  • Track and report client activities, feedback, and account status.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and support upselling initiatives.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure operational smoothness.
  • Travel frequently to client sites for documentation and coordination.
