Role Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate UX/CX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and empathetic user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand user needs and behaviors to craft journeys that delight our global community of wellness seekers and content creators. This role bridges user experience with customer experience to ensure frictionless interactions throughout our platform lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts for web, mobile apps, and live streaming experiences.
• Conduct user research, personas, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations to inform design choices.
• Translate insights and data into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, AI specialists, and content creators to implement impactful CX improvements.
• Design and optimize interactive touchpoints to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Define CX metrics, gather user feedback post-launch, and iterate designs based on analytics and qualitative insights.
• Advocate for a user-first approach balancing emotional connection and usability with Platonix’s soul-centric vision.
• Stay updated on UX/CX best practices, wellness tech trends, and emerging design tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, CX strategy, or related roles, preferably within consumer platforms or wellness/health tech sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and design system governance.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Working knowledge of front-end development constraints and technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
• Empathy-driven design mindset with a passion for creating meaningful, inclusive user experiences.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance CX outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and real-time interactive platforms is a plus.
