Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX designing and strong expertise in Mendix applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with the ability to design intuitive workflows, forms, and interfaces within the Mendix platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web, mobile, and Mendix-based applications.
• Design and optimize forms, validations, business rules, and workflows in Mendix.
• Work with Mendix developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Customize and maintain designs using Mendix Atlas UI framework.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Create design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, Mendix capabilities, and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in UX design.
• Strong experience in Mendix low-code platform UX/UI.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience in designing forms, workflows, microflows, and page layouts within Mendix.
• Knowledge of Mendix Atlas UI and ability to customize it.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of UI design principles.
• Experience with AR/VR or emerging technologies.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects (Mendix projects preferred).
