UX Designer

The digital product engineering teams design and deploy robust, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions. As a senior Ux/Ui designer with 7+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing a wide range of digital and offline media. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceptional attention to detail. Your key responsibilities include coming up with engaging designs aligned with brand attributes, utilizing knowledge of typography, color, iconography, layouts, and visual hierarchy for digital and print media. You will closely interact with the marketing and leadership teams to analyze requirements and design concepts based on research, converting them into final artwork for various platforms. To excel in this role, you should bring 7 to 10 years of experience and possess excellent proficiency in Adobe XD, including a strong understanding of using Components and animations. Experience with Axure, Invision Studio, and Figma is required, while knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous. Your design skillset should encompass planning and producing UX documents, user flows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI testing for mobile and web platforms. You must swiftly create wireframe design variants from hand-drawn sketches, demonstrate a keen eye for details, and actively contribute to enhancing software quality. Expertise in using a variety of design tools to produce, share, test, and iterate designs is essential. Knowledge of impactful UI components, design-related issues, and best practices is crucial, along with a proactive approach to improving wireframe output quality and team skills. Passion for UX design and innovation, research on industry trends and technologies, resolving user pain points through design, and a solid understanding of user-cantered design, user research, testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility concerns are key attributes for success in this role. Extensive experience in designing solutions using UX best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design, as well as effective collaboration and communication with teams and stakeholders, are essential components of this position.,
