Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Associate to help manage and grow Qodequay’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for content, a pulse on the latest trends, and hands-on experience managing company pages, especially in the IT or tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create platform-optimized posts, stories, and creatives.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay relevant and maximize reach.
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community posts.
• Support social campaigns for hiring drives, webinars, product/service promotions, and company events.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, design) for inputs and approvals.
• Help in running paid promotions, boosting posts, and analyzing performance on Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure brand consistency in tone and style.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the IT or B2B sector.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms (Buffer/Hootsuite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs and best practices.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual and content aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
