Position Overview: We are seeking a Graphic & Visual Designer with 1–2 years of experience in crafting bold, creative, and brand-aligned visual content. You'll be a core part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to shape and communicate our brand across digital platforms and print touchpoints. You'll collaborate across UX/UI, development, and marketing to ensure a visually cohesive and impactful brand presence . Key Responsibilities: Create visual assets including web graphics, social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that communicate effectively. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to maintain design consistency across digital products. Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and design standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh visual ideas to the table. Assist in developing visual identity elements such as iconography, typography, and brand systems. Optimize graphics for different platforms (web, mobile, social media). Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design roles. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Basic knowledge of web and mobile UI/UX trends. Good portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and design sensibility. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Good to Have: Motion graphics or video editing skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Exposure to UI or web design projects.
