Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Associate to help manage and grow Qodequay’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for content, a pulse on the latest trends, and hands-on experience managing company pages, especially in the IT or tech space. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create platform-optimized posts, stories, and creatives. Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay relevant and maximize reach. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community posts. Support social campaigns for hiring drives, webinars, product/service promotions, and company events. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, design) for inputs and approvals. Help in running paid promotions, boosting posts, and analyzing performance on Meta and LinkedIn platforms. Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure brand consistency in tone and style. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the IT or B2B sector. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms (Buffer/Hootsuite). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of social media KPIs and best practices. Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual and content aesthetics.
