Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer with 4+ years of proven expertise in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and impactful user experiences for web, mobile, and emerging technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
• Translate requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and AR/VR applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and insights.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and design thinking methodology.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to create design documentation, style guides, and user flows.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing for AR/VR/MR platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design practices.
