UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer Experience: 2+ Years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction of our digital products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into design decisions. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and QA. Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs. Stay up to date with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Advocate for users while understanding business needs and technical constraints. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking. Good communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
