Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: NCR, Delhi, Gurgaon, GurugramJobType: full-timeWe are looking for a sharp, performance-driven User Engagement Marketing Writer to own copy across WhatsApp, in-app experiences, live session touchpoints, and product surfaces. This role demands a writer who understands behavior, retention, and user motivation—every word you write must create impact, drive action, and guide users through their journey with clarity and purpose.You will partner closely with writing leadership, product teams, and live session creators to design communication that users respond to—whether it's joining a session, maintaining a habit streak, or smoothly navigating product flows.

  • User Journey & Product Writing
  • Craft high-impact copy for discovery flows, sign-up journeys, onboarding, tooltips, notifications, modals, alerts, and gamification messages.
  • Write clear and concise micro-copy across product surfaces including CTAs, app screens, and session merchandising.
  • Use insights from live session interactions, polls, and user behavior to guide copy decisions and product improvements.
  • Create daily nudges, reminders, motivational messages, and targeted campaigns for both free and paid users.
  • Write copy that builds habits, encourages participation, and improves retention.
  • Maintain a consistent, user-centric tone that aligns with the brand voice.
  • Develop messaging for holiday campaigns, challenges, mini-programs, and special engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain content calendars, style guides, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product, engagement, and live session teams to ensure all communication drives measurable outcomes.
  • Review and refine content across all engagement and product touchpoints to maintain clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment.
  • Iterate on messaging based on user feedback, engagement metrics, and performance data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital content, UX writing, product copywriting, or engagement-driven writing roles.
  • Proven ability to craft high-performing micro-copy, CTAs, landing pages, engagement messages, and app-focused content.
  • Ability to write fluently for both English and Hindi audiences; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of habit-formation principles, wellness content, and communication for mature/elder user groups.
  • Strong performance mindset—you write to drive behavior, retention, and measurable engagement, not just aesthetics
