Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing market, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven ability to close technical positions across various domains. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical talent across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation and work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099) terms with candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to client requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interaction and recruitment activity in ATS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technologies and IT terminologies.
• Experience working with US tax terms – W2, C2C, 1099.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with US time zones and work culture
