US Technical Recruiter

• Handle US IT requirements and source via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist candidates for technical & cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Negotiate compensation (W2/C2C/1099) and close offers
• Maintain recruitment pipeline, meet weekly targets, and build long-term candidate relationships

• Minimum 2 years of experience

   in 

  US IT/Technical Recruitment

• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen)
• Hands-on experience with major US job boards & sourcing tools
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to work 

  US time zones (night shifts)

• ₹30,000 fixed salary
