About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and managing top tech talent for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates for various tech roles including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Track Recruitment Data: Maintain and update candidate records using MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from resume screening and interviews to scheduling and offer rollouts.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Coordinate with US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment during the hiring process.
• Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Communicate transparently and consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or technical roles)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as AI, software development, and cloud computing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals; experience with an ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
