Job Title: US Technical Recruiter

Location: Mohali

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be trained to identify, attract, and hire top talent for IT and technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in building a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Communicate with candidates professionally to ensure a good hiring experience.
• Support the recruitment team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical terms (training will be provided).
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
