Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based openings, both tech and non-tech (Contractual & Full-time), across client companies such as Turing and Paraform.
  • Source, screen, and deliver top-tier candidates using portal subscriptions (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Apollo, etc.)
  • Engage directly with US clients and stakeholders to clarify specs, timelines, and expectations.
  • Closely collaborate with product-based as well as service-based company clients; experience in similar environments is highly desirable.
  • Utilize C2C (Corp-to-Corp) hiring models and bench sales strategies for contract roles, handling compliance requirements and negotiations as relevant.
  • Demonstrate strategic outreach abilities, including personalized messaging and database-building across relevant platforms and niche US forums.
  • Track, document, and report key recruitment metrics - time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness for continuous process improvement.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and participate in client presentations and proposal reviews.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4–5 years recruiting for US-based roles, ideally in third-party (agency) recruitment and C2C models. In-house experience for US companies also considered.
  • Strong background in closing technical positions (software engineering, data, cloud, etc); non-tech placements are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with outreach/data tools such as Dice, Apollo, Corp2Corp portals, WhatsApp groups, and other US market forums.
  • Fluent in Boolean search, resume parsing, and utilizing filters across job boards (Indeed, Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn, Monster etc).
  • Familiarity with US compensation structures, and compliance in recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal/written English skills, strong client-facing personality.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver results against aggressive US market timelines.
  • Experience collaborating with product-based company clients is highly desirable.
