Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Tax professional specializing in Form 1065. The responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and filing business tax returns, analyzing financial data, adhering to tax regulations, identifying potential areas for tax planning, and communicating with clients to resolve queries and provide guidance. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with tax laws while contributing to the optimization of clients’ financial processes.


Qualifications:

  • Prepare and Review Partnership (Form 1065), Corporate (Form 1120), Individual (1040 HNI) and other business tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. This includes federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • 2+ years of experience is required.
  • Ensure that all tax filings comply with the latest tax laws and regulations. Assist in tax planning activities to minimize the organization’s tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest changes in tax laws, regulations, and case law. Conduct detailed tax research to support tax compliance and planning efforts.
  • Maintain clear and thorough records of tax filings, correspondence, and supporting documents. Assist in preparing tax reports for management and auditors.
  • Collaborate with clients (internal or external) to gather information required for accurate tax filings. Address client queries and provide explanations regarding tax positions and filings.
  • Assist with tax audits, special tax projects, and other ad-hoc assignments as necessary. This may include review and analysis of tax credits, deductions, or other tax-related matters.
  •  Identify opportunities for streamlining tax preparation processes and improving efficiency within the tax department.
