Role Overview: You will be joining QX Global Group, a global Business Process Management (BPM) company specializing in finance, accounting, and recruitment operations. Leveraging expertise and advanced technology, the company provides innovative outsourcing solutions across 15 different industries. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing tax returns - Handling complex business and partnership tax preparation and review (1120/1065) - Managing international taxation, tax research, transfer pricing, and various tax treaties - Dealing with foreign compliance forms such as Form 5471 and Form 5472 - Filing multi-state tax returns - Conducting tax compliance reviews - Performing tax technical research - Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients - Managing communication with clients and tax authorities - Engaging in direct interaction with partners - Supervising Associates/Senior Associates - Managing multiple client accounts - Demonstrating knowledge of all source documents and schedules Qualifications Required: - Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) - Excellent reviewer and query resolving skills - In-depth knowledge of US tax regulations - Advanced proficiency in at least 2 software applications,
