Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

US Recruiter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, networking, referrals, etc.) for US-based roles.
Review job descriptions and understand client requirements in detail.
Screen candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
Negotiate salary rates, finalize offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and US labor laws.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in US recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, US Citizen), and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with VMS systems and direct client hiring.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for multiple industries such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, and Manufacturing.
