## Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and experience working with various tax terms such as 10.99, W2, and C2C.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract top talent.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients.

4. Tax Term Expertise: Provide guidance on various tax terms, including 10.99, W2, and C2C, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

## Requirements

1. 6 month plus of Experience: Minimum 6 monthd of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of success.

2. Tax Term Knowledge: Experience working with various tax terms, including 10.99, W2, and C2C.

3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.

4. Sourcing and Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source and attract top talent, with experience using various recruitment channels.

5. Client Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

## Nice to Have

1. Experience with Recruitment Software: Familiarity with recruitment software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.

2. Knowledge of US Employment Laws: Understanding of US employment laws and regulations, including those related to taxation and employment contract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
