Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Tiruchirappalli. The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment databases, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and providing candidate feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and coordinating interviews
• Proficiency in managing recruitment databases and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as a recruiter, particularly in the US market, is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
