What you will bring to the team: 2 - 5+ years of proven success in US Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries. Expertise in sourcing and hiring for a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment. Strong understanding of US work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, etc.). Proficiency with top recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ATS platforms. Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Bonus Points For : Experience working in MSP/VMS environments.
