We are seeking a proactive Headhunter to identify and recruit top professionals for our growing business. This role is critical in attracting high-level talent for key roles that will drive our success. You will focus on sourcing passive candidates, networking, and conducting executive searches to help us stay ahead in a competitive market. This role has a 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm work time. Key Responsibilities: What You will Do Research and map out top talent in our industry. Proactively reach out to high-performers and passive candidates. Conduct targeted searches for high-Caliber candidates through direct outreach, networking, and referrals . Build relationships and sell our vision to potential hires. Work closely with leadership to understand and fill strategic hiring needs . Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent insights . Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit . Handle confidential searches for senior and specialized roles. Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation . Requirements: 4+ years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving business needs. A strategic thinker who can match the right people with the right roles . Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing techniques . Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and recruitment best practices . Ability to work independently and manage multiple executive searches. Deep understanding of industry-specific hiring trends and competitive intelligence .
