US Recruiter (Non IT)

What You will be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level Non-IT roles across the US.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates creatively through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skill, culture fit, and potential.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain detailed candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment databases.
• Share timely recruitment reports and insights with key stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, labor market shifts, and recruitment best practices.

What you will bring to the team:

• 2 - 5+ years of proven success in US Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries.
• Expertise in sourcing and hiring for a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, etc.).
• Proficiency with top recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in MSP/VMS environments.
• Exposure to contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing models.
