US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle offer negotiations and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, immigration regulations, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.) and related regulations.
• Strong familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-energy environment.
