  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for

    creative Product and Development (P&D

    , financial, and supply chain positions

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with organizational hiring processes.
  • Experience working on

    KOREAN bilingual positions is PLUS

Positions to Recruit For:

  • Creative Roles

    : Mask Layout Designer, Content Design Producer, Content Strategist, Programmatic Activation Specialist, Production Specialist, Production Engineer, Social Campaign Manager, Localization Project manager.
  • Financial Roles

    : Financial Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Accountant, Residual Manager
  • Supply Chain Roles

    : Logistic Carrier Vendor Manager, Supply chain Analyst,

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Bachelors degree.
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in US IT Recruitment with proven success in hiring

    creative Product and Development (P&D), financial, and supply chain professionals

    .
  • Strong sourcing skills using

    Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking channels

    .
  • Experience with

    VMS portals

    and direct client interaction preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment

    .
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus.
