Key Responsibilities:


  • Work extensively on

    W2 requirements

    for

    direct clients

    , ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.
  • Source qualified IT candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
  • Perform thorough

    resume screening

    and

    initial interviews

    to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with

    account managers

    ,

    delivery leads

    , and

    hiring teams

    .
  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment process

    : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure high levels of candidate engagement, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate data and activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Understand and stay current on

    U.S. visa types

    (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms, and compliance processes.


Required Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years of proven experience in

    US IT recruitment

    , specifically working on

    W2 requirements

    with

    direct clients

    .
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring process, including employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Experience working in a

    target-driven

    environment with tight deadlines and quick submissions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; IT background is an advantage.
