US IT Technical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Diverse Lynx, Noida, Sector-16, for a US IT Technical Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process for IT and Technical roles, sourcing and hiring top talent, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a timely hiring process, while fostering positive experiences for candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• IT and Technical and engineering recruitment skills,.
• Experience in Information Technology
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida with a focus on the US and Canada Market.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field preferred
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Job Diva and Ceipal.
• Understanding of US Visas- H1B, H4-EAD, TN1, L1 Green Card, US Citizens and Tax terms -W2, C2C, & 1099 like.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
