As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in hiring top IT talent for our US clients. Role Description The US IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions for US clients. This role requires expertise in US hiring processes, strong knowledge of technical skill sets, and the ability to work in EST/CST/PST shifts to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, ERP, Full Stack, etc.). Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, and internal databases to find qualified candidates. Perform initial screening, evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment life cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding. Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Ensure compliance with US staffing policies, employment laws, and immigration (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, USC, etc.). Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular status reports to management. Qualifications 2–6 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter in staffing/consulting firms. Strong knowledge of US recruitment, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications. Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms. Ability to understand and recruit for diverse technical skill sets. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Comfortable working in US time zones (EST/CST/PST shifts) . Proven track record of successful placements and achieving hiring targets. Nice to have Experience working with VMS portals and direct clients. Understanding of US payroll and compliance processes.
