Role Description The US IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions for US clients. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, ERP, Full Stack, etc.). Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, networking, and internal databases to find qualified candidates. Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular status reports to management. Qualifications 2–6 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter in staffing/consulting firms. Strong knowledge of US recruitment, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications. Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms. Ability to understand and recruit for diverse technical skill sets. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Comfortable working in US time zones (EST/CST/PST shifts) .
