AI Engineer (1–2 years experience)

You’ll work closely with our technical leads to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products and prototypes that solve real-world business challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and integrate
AI-powered applications
using
LangChain
,
LlamaIndex
, and
OpenAI APIs
.
Design and implement
Agentic AI systems
that perform reasoning, planning, and task automation.
Work on
RAG-based pipelines
using vector databases like
Pinecone
,
FAISS
, or
Weaviate
.
Fine-tune and evaluate
LLMs
for specific business use cases.
Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to bring AI features to production.
Stay up to date with the latest in the
AI ecosystem
LLMs, frameworks, and architectures.

Must-Have Skills

Strong programming skills in
Python
.
Hands-on experience with
LangChain
,
OpenAI API
,
Hugging Face Transformers
, or
LlamaIndex
.
Understanding of
RAG pipelines
,
embeddings
, and
vector databases
.
Knowledge of
Agentic AI frameworks

CrewAI

Good understanding of
REST APIs
and
backend architecture
.

Nice to Have

Experience with
Django

Flask
for backend development.
