About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and ATS. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Management:
Conduct phone/video screenings, assess skills & cultural fit, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Client & Hiring Support:
Submit candidates as per client needs, create job descriptions, and develop interview guides.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Compliance & Administration:
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a
US Recruiter
with strong knowledge of the US job market.
Experience in
IT and Healthcare recruitment
(Implementation Partners, State Clients, Direct Clients).
Proficiency with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
