We are hiring US IT Recruiters (Freshers to 3 years experience) to join our recruitment team . This is a full-time role in night shift (US timings) , where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our ongoing requirements. Key Responsibilities Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary rates and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain candidate database and build strong professional relationships. Requirements Fresher to 3 years of experience in Recruitment Open to work Onsite Indore.
